💌 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

“apARTments” is a one-night digital art exhibition that explores the relationship between artists and their living spaces. Curated by Hannah Holland and hosted by Meta Betties Gallery powered by The Canvas 3.0 Oculus World Trade Center, the gallery poses the following questions:

• “How does an artist turn the blank canvas of their apartment into a masterpiece?
• “How does an artist use their space as a way to spark creativity? What do they create at home?”
• “Which parts of their space are meaningful in ways that only they understand?”

The open call (thanks to HUG!) attracted 110 submissions from 38 countries, of which 23 pieces from 11 countries were chosen to be displayed at the gallery. The exhibition also features photos from Hannah Holland documenting artists in their apartments. Keep scrolling to see the featured work!
